Prof. Yukio Takeda and his team received the Best Application Award at the Mechanism and Machine Theory (MMT) Symposium, held in Porto, Portugal, on June 21–23, 2026.
The award-winning paper is the result of a collaborative research project among Ricoh Company, Ltd., the Institute of Mechanism Theory, Machine Dynamics and Robotics (IGMR) at RWTH Aachen University, and the Laboratory of Mechanical Systems Design at Institute of Science Tokyo.
